It is the meticulous attention to detail during "Pre-Construction" that paves the way to a successful end project. Building a course in Flagstaff, Arizona is far different from building a course in Florida or the barren plains of the Mid-West. The cultural differences when building overseas cannot be underestimated or taken for granted. Early mistakes on the design, planning and the permitting stage before the project starts, can be costly in both time and money.
